On a Social Media response line, we read a comment by Anna Sozzleberry (probably a pseudonym), on the Shadow education secretary Angela Rayner wriggling and not replying to the Grammar Schools issue and the fact that at least FOUR members of the Shadow cabinet send their children to selective or private schools. These are Abbott (of course), Baroness Shami Chakrabarti, Emily Thornberry and Seumas Milne. Additionally, Corbyn’s ex-wife insisted their offspring were educated privately! Yes, the old Labour mantra of ‘One rule for us, another for the proles’ is yet again in evidence. But the point made was nothing about the subject; Anna raised the question of why all Labour wimmin have manky teeth! We expect she meant Diane Abbott!

Ryan Giggs, a footballer supposedly, apparently makes Wayne Rooney look like an absolute beginner when it involves playing away from home. And we don’t mean a match against Newcastle. His wife, Stacey, even had to put up with him shagging a relative. However, she now says enough is enough, and is demanding 50% of his worth in a divorce settlement. Giggs – obviously a proud owner of the cretin-moron gene hybrid – states that he is a ‘special genius’ and she shouldn’t get much at all. But, then, he is Irish! We reckon she should take him for everything he’s got. After all, if he is a genius he can always make more money with his brilliance.

Lies, damned lies and statistics – the famous quote supposedly by Mark Twain, who popularised it, but was actually attributed to one of ours, Benjamin Disraeli. Nevertheless, nothing is truer today than this observation. In fact probably more so now than ever before with computers massaging figures fed into them. The latest nonsense by some ‘researchers, who actually are nothing of the sort, is that Alzheimer’s disease, the most common form of dementia is more likely to happen to people who have two of the following five symptoms:
- Body Mass Index – greater than 30
- Smoking
- Hypertension – (High Blood Pressure)
- Diabetes
- Total Cholestorol of 200mg/dL or greater
To which we say rubbish. This scientific ‘conclusion’ was based on a sample of ONLY 346 people over 25 years. Interestingly, the survey does not say how many of these subjects actually now have dementia, and yet conclude that these subjects are ‘more likely’ to develop it. Another classic example of making the ‘results’ fit with what you were expecting.
Old MOG smoked when younger and has all the above symptoms. He is 87 years old, and trust us, still has all his marbles. Young MOG’s wife’s grandmother weighed 7 stone soaking wet, and never smoked or had medication all her life. She died in a nursing home, suffering from dementia. Lies, damned lies and statistics.

Lovely news on the fight against Islamic jihadists. First of all, the US drops the awesome MOAB bomb on caves inhabited by ISIS in Afghanistan. Killed the bloody lot of them in one go! Then, an ISIS terror vehicle was blown to bits before being able to discharge it’s Muslim suicide bombers in Iraq. Killed the bloody lot of them too! Keep it up everybody, just maybe we’ll be able to sleep comfortably in our beds some time soon.

The revelation that North Korea (and by that we mean that ugly fat loony Kim Jong-un), receives £4million worth of foreign aid does not surprise us at all. This money is handed out willy-nilly, like sweeties, so nothing new. But the fact that even now officials have ‘no plans’ to rescind this money is absolutely mind-blowing. This is YOUR money we’re talking about!
